Production at Collavini is sourced from roughly 150 hectares of vineyards. Our growers must comply with a rigorous in-house protocol designed to obtain grapes of extremely high quality, the indispensable precondition for making excellent wines. The Collavini vineyard philosophy is complemented by cellar management that takes full account of modern oenology but is firmly based on the winemaker’s passion, insights, experience and professional touch.
